Windows 7'de derlenen ATLAS 3.10.0'ı edinme 64 64

Question

Windows 7 64-bit'de ATLAS'ı derlemekte zorluk çekiyorum ve herhangi bir yardım memnuniyetle karşılanacak! Onu lapack-3.4.1'e bağlamaya çalışıyorum.
