Aynı sorunu yaşadım. Gradle sürümünü indirerek çözdüm. Anında çalışmayı durduracak.

Dosyanızda com.android.tools.build:gradle:2.0.0 gibi daha düşük bir sürüme bağımlılığınızın altındaki notu değiştirin. Benim için çalışıyor.
