FTP apache deve içinde çalışmıyor

Question

Apache deve örneklerini ftp için oluşturdum ve springboot ile birleştirdim. Ne zaman yürütülürken dosya indirme değil bir hata mesajı alıyorum. Aşağıda kod pasajı ve günlükleri bulunur. Sunucudan başarılı bir şekilde bağlandığını görebiliyordum ancak dosyayı /tmp/ klasöründe göremiyorum.
