c2hs ve language-c'yi yükleyemiyor

Question

c2hs paketini yüklemek için burada cabal kullanıyorum. Ancak, mutlu gerektirir, bu yüzden cabal install happy ile happy yükledim.

c2hs ve language-c yüklemeye çalışırken, her ikisine de package happy not found olsun.
