Güncelleme: Son olarak, bu sorunu sovled İşte benim yeni script.sh olduğunu. İlk olarak, apt-get tarafından proj4-4.8 kaldırılıyor.
sudo apt-get remove libproj-dev
İkincisi, '/etc/ld.so.conf.d/' yolunda altında (örneğin rgdal.conf gibi) yeni bir conf dosyasına benim derlenmiş proj4-4.9 lib yolunu ekleyerek.
