Php Sorgulama Döngüsü veritabanını güncelleştirmiyor

Question

Sürükle ve bırak sıralanabilir tabloya sahip olmak için jquery ve ajax kullanıyorum.

Sorunum, yalnızca saatin yaklaşık yüzde 10'unda çalışmasıdır.
