Regex: Grup adı nasıl alınır?

Şuna benzeyen bir .NET Regex'im var:

(?<Type1>AAA)|(?<Type2>BBB) 

Örnek bir dizeye karşı Eşleşmeleri yöntemini kullanıyorum örn. "AAABBBAAA" ve ardından eşleşmeleri yineleyin.

Hedefim, eşleşen regex eşleme grubunu bulmaktır, dolayısıyla bu regex için:
